When is my order confirmed?

An order confirmation is sent after checkout. Final acceptance remains subject to payment authorization, fraud review, inventory availability, and order approval.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Contact Customer Care as soon as possible. Once warehouse preparation or shipment begins, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation or modification can still be completed.

How is checkout handled?

Checkout is provided through Shopify and participating payment providers. Available payment methods may vary according to location, currency, device, and enabled services.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery within the contiguous United States is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch.

When will tracking appear?

Tracking information is sent when available. The first carrier scan may take up to 48 hours after label creation to appear.

Returns & Warranty

What is the return period?

Authorized return requests may be submitted within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Eligibility and return procedures are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

What does the warranty cover?

Eligible NGjkdue™ products include a 2-year limited warranty for covered defects in materials and workmanship. Consumables, normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, and unauthorized modification are excluded.
