Commercial terms applying to purchases of NGjkdue™ products through ngjkdue.com.
1. Agreement and scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through ngjkdue.com and form part of the agreement between NGjkdue™ and the customer.
Submitting an order means you also accept the applicable Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and warranty provisions incorporated into these terms.
2. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and availability accurately.
Display settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, and product improvements may result in reasonable differences. Actual product experience may also depend on environment, maintenance, intended use, and other relevant conditions.
NGjkdue™ kitchen supplies are consumer products rather than medical devices. Store information is not medical advice and does not replace diagnosis, treatment, or professional care.
3. Order review and acceptance
An order confirmation confirms receipt of the order but does not by itself constitute final acceptance.
Before accepting an order, we may review payment, identity, delivery address, inventory, purchase quantity, or possible fraud.
Where legally permitted, an order may be refused, limited, or canceled because of payment failure, insufficient inventory, incorrect pricing or website content, suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, sanctions, export restrictions, or another lawful reason.
If payment has already been collected for an order that is canceled, the appropriate refund will be issued.
4. Pricing, taxes, and payment
Product prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store and may be changed prospectively.
Applicable discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and the final purchase total are displayed before an order is submitted.
By using a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it. Payment providers and financial institutions determine authorization holds, foreign-exchange costs, and posting times.
5. Promotions
Promotional offers may include restrictions involving eligibility, products, quantity, timing, territory, or redemption.
Unless stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied to previous purchases. Promotions may be modified or ended as permitted by law.
6. Shipping, risk, and returns
Processing, transportation, cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by the applicable published NGjkdue™ policies.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer according to applicable law and the delivery terms presented during checkout.
7. Limited warranty
Eligible NGjkdue™ products include a 2-year limited warranty covering qualifying defects in materials and workmanship, subject to applicable warranty terms.
Consumables, normal wear, cosmetic damage, misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or use contrary to instructions are excluded.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Proper product use
Customers are responsible for product setup or assembly where applicable, compatibility, cleaning, maintenance, component replacement, supervision, and use according to applicable instructions.
Where appropriate, stop using a product if it appears damaged or functions abnormally and follow the relevant product or Customer Care guidance.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NGjkdue™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of use, data, revenue, or profit arising from product purchase or use.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, aggregate liability generally will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim unless applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Legal effect and severability
Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
11. Updates to these terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated prospectively. The version in effect when an order is accepted generally governs that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
