Shipping Policy
Order processing, estimated transit, tracking, address requirements, and delivery assistance for NGjkdue™ orders.
1. Shipping destinations
NGjkdue™ ships to eligible addresses shown during checkout.
Free standard shipping applies to qualifying orders within the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page or during checkout.
Where supported, delivery availability and charges for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, remote areas, and international destinations are shown at checkout.
2. Order processing
Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment authorization.
Business days exclude weekends and recognized holidays. Payment or identity verification, address review, peak demand, preorders, inventory availability, or unusually large orders may require additional processing time.
3. Estimated delivery
Standard transit within the contiguous United States is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch.
Dates shown during checkout or in shipping communications are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Expedited options, where available, are displayed during checkout.
4. Tracking
A shipping confirmation is sent when tracking information becomes available.
The carrier's first tracking scan may take up to 48 hours after label creation to appear.
Orders containing multiple products may be divided into separate shipments with different tracking numbers.
5. Shipping address responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Contact us promptly if an address correction is necessary. Changes cannot be guaranteed after warehouse processing starts.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, reasonable reshipping costs may apply.
6. Delivery delays
Weather, carrier capacity, transportation disruption, customs review, security events, holidays, remote locations, and other circumstances outside reasonable control may affect delivery.
NGjkdue™ will provide available information and reasonable assistance, but carrier delivery estimates cannot be guaranteed.
7. Lost, damaged, delayed, or delivered-but-missing packages
Contact Customer Care promptly if tracking shows an unusual delay, a shipment arrives damaged, or a package marked delivered cannot be located.
For delivered shipments, first check the delivery area and ask household members, neighbors, building personnel, and the carrier. Supporting information may be required and a carrier investigation may be opened before resolution.
8. International duties and taxes
Where international delivery is offered, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other local fees may apply.
Unless checkout specifically states that these charges are prepaid, they are the recipient's responsibility. Customs processing may also increase delivery time.
