Checkout on ngjkdue.com is powered by Shopify together with participating payment providers. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary according to location, currency, device, and provider availability.
Authorization and fraud review
Orders may undergo payment authorization and reasonable fraud-prevention review. A bank or payment provider may ask for additional verification, decline a transaction, or place a temporary authorization hold.
NGjkdue™ does not control an issuer's approval decision or the time a financial institution requires to release a temporary hold.
Payment information
Payment-card information is transmitted to and processed by participating payment providers using their security controls. NGjkdue™ does not store complete payment-card numbers in its own store systems.
No online system is entirely risk-free. Customers should use trusted devices and networks and protect their account credentials.
Order totals and charges
Before payment is submitted, checkout displays the product price, applicable discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and final order total.
Foreign-exchange charges, foreign-transaction fees, installment charges, or other issuer fees are determined by the customer's financial provider.
Payment problems
If a payment is declined, check the billing details entered, available funds, issuer restrictions, and any verification request from your payment provider.
If duplicate pending authorizations appear, contact the issuing bank because one entry may represent a temporary hold rather than a completed transaction.
